Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within a few business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.

If you received a defective or incorrect item, we’ll replace it at no additional cost. Please contact us to arrange the exchange.
