WHAT IS COVERED

Our insulated products carry a warranty that covers defects present at the time of purchase and specifically ensures consistent thermal performance throughout their intended lifespan.
This warranty applies when used under normal conditions and according to our provided care guidelines.

This warranty applies exclusively to products purchased directly from LION WAY or an
authorized reseller.

WHAT IS NOT COVERED

This warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear, including scratches, dents, or cosmetic imperfections.
• Damage resulting from improper use, accidents, abuse, misuse, or neglect.
• Damage due to failure to follow care and use instructions provided.
• Alterations or modifications made to the product after purchase.
• Fake or counterfeit products.
• Any non-stainless-steel parts or accessories.
  

WARRANTY DURATION

This warranty is valid for the lifetime of our drinkware (not including seals, lids and straws),
starting from the original date of purchase.

WARRANTY REQUIREMENTS

LION WAY reserves the right to request proof of purchase and may require additional
evidence (such as photographs or videos) to evaluate your claim.

PROCESS AND ACTION IF YOUR CLAIM IS APPROVED

At our discretion, we will either repair or replace your product with an equivalent model
currently available. Replacement products may differ in color or finish.
